[Format] Suspensions and Discharges

This section of the San Andreas County Fire Department will hold all the Suspensions, Discharges and Vehicle Suspensions that take place within the department. Bulk Discharges will also be placed in here, for example inactivity removals. It'll all be posted in this section with the format located below.
